Coastal family home makeover
Cleverly designed: this 1980’s property took on a whole new look and life after being completely transformed by the Roebuck Concepts team.
The team thoroughly managed the transformation of an outdated 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom home into a stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom uber-cool, beach-side property.
Project Highlights
- We incorporated a sustainable approach to reclaim usable materials that could be updated in line with the modern aesthetic.
- We repurposed the original decking to create the deeply colourful, weathered-look doors to the downstairs pool room and master bedroom.
- We lifted the roof height to give an increased sense of space and we added glass to enhance even more so the space and vision.
- Massive bi-fold doors were installed to connect the inside spaces to the outside generating light and a sense of connection to nature.
- With most of the walls left intact, the roof was removed and extended with a kitchen and granny flat extension.
