Extensive renovation of a 30-year-old home
This project saw the extensive renovation of a 30-year-old home. The asbestos roof was removed, and another level was put on top, creating space for a media room and an ample open-plan kitchen/living space, which led to the upper deck with fantastic coast views. Downstairs, the internal layout was completely reconfigured, forming four bedrooms, two with ensuites, a snub, laundry and garage space. Another large deck overlooked the landscaped garden and beyond.
